Psychology a Science.
Psychology is commonly defined as 'scientific' study of human behavior and
cognitive processes. Broadly speaking the discussion focuses on the different
branches of psychology, and if they are indeed scientific.There must be a
definable subject matter - this changed from conscious human thought to human
and non-human behavior, then to cognitive processes within psychology's first
eighty years as a separate discipline. Also, a theory construction is
important. The psychology have eight types of behavior Like Convert,Overt, Conscious, Unconscious, Rational, Inrational, Voluntary
and the last one is Involuntary and also they have a Stucturalism refers to the
theory founded by Edward B. Titchener, based on loose
interpretations of the writings of Wilhelm Wundt.
Functionalism refers to a general psychological philosophy that considers
mental life and behavior in terms of active adaptation to the person's
environment and Psychoanalysis a psychological and psychotherapeutic theory
which has its roots in the ideas of the Austrian neurologist Sigmund Freud.Gestalt
a theory of mind and brain of the Berlin School; the
operational principle of gestalt psychology is that the brain is holistic,
parallel, and analog, with self-organizing tendencies and the last one is
Cognitive is the study of mental
